Work Plan

1.  To provide various necessary Management & Skill Development trainings for the industrialists.
2.  To help for the production of skill full human power.
3.  To introduce different Social Security Plan and Programs for the Industrial workers.
4.   To Organize National/ International Industrial exhibition. (The first industrial exhibition outside Kathmandu Valley was organized by the chamber in 1988)
5.  To publish Industrial Bulletin, Directory and other essential materials.
6. To set up industrial Information Center.
7. To organize National and International Industrial tour for the Industrialists.
8.  To take Initiatives for solving industrial disputes and problems.
9. To recommend and suggest to the government in regard to industrial Act and Policies.
10. To Co-ordinate with Nabintam Industrial Development Co-operative Ltd. for the establishment of  private Industrial estate and increase economic activities of industrialists.
11.  To establish well equipped Heart Hospital.
12.  To organize different interaction programs regarding industrial subject matters.
13.  To search the possibility of new and innovative industries for this area and the country.
14.  To find out new technologies and set up in the local area .
15. To provide technical trainings such as Accounting, Taxation, Marketing and Management.
16. To provide service of Certificate of Origin.
17. To provide Vat Entry Service
18. To work for the Educational, Health and Sports  development.
19. To work to build better society.

Long term Vision:

• To build full phased  Heart Hospital ( Gautam Buddha Community Heart Hospital)
• To establish Private industrial Estate at Siktahan Rupandehi, jointly with Nabintam Industrial Development Cooperative .
• To take initiation to establish One Window Service Center for Industrial Development.
