🎯 Program Objective

To develop skilled baristas with professional coffee-making techniques, customer handling skills, and café operations knowledge for employment in the hospitality sector.

1. Introduction to Barista Profession Coffee history, café culture, role & etiquette 6 hrs
2. Coffee Fundamentals Coffee beans, roasting, grinding science 12 hrs
3. Espresso & Equipment Handling Espresso machine, grinder setup, extraction 18 hrs
4. Milk Science & Latte Art Milk steaming techniques, basic latte art 18 hrs
5. Beverage Preparation Espresso drinks, cold brew, frappe, signature drinks 20 hrs
6. Customer Service Skills Communication, complaint handling, POS basics 10 hrs
7. Hygiene & Safety Food safety, cleaning protocols, hygiene standards 6 hrs
8. Practical Assessment & Certification Hands-on practice, test, evaluation 6 hrs

🏅 Certification

Participants will receive a Skill Development Certificate upon successful completion.
